Thanks for this banana pancakes recipe, it was phenomenal! My hubbie and I spent two weeks in Hawaii this summer and brunching on your pancakes today was a real treat. It totally transported us! We paired them with the Blueberry Bourbon jam from The Jam Stand and they were completely…addictive:)

I found your blog today thanks to Dine & Dish and I am hooked! You have some really great sounding recipes that I can't wait to try. Since I couldnt' wait and I needed something to fix for supper, the banana pancakes were the ticket. They are great. The banana flavor really comes through and I didn't burn a single pancake. I usually burn the very first one, but not this time. My husband & I really enjoyed them. Thanks!

Your pancakes look great and so fluffy! I can never get mine fluffy! I have no idea what the heck I'm doing wrong. I've had to stick to the boxed stuff. What a pancake loser, right?! Luckily the kids aren't complaining.
