Giveaway: Blendtec Designer Series & Twister Jar

Post image for Giveaway: Blendtec Designer Series & Twister Jar

A little less than a year ago, I gave away a Blendtec Total Blender here on MBA. I can honestly say the only thing that would make me give up that blender is another Blendtec.

When the folks at Blendtec asked if I’d give their new Total Blender Designer Series WildSide blender a whirl, how could I possibly resist? Especially when Blendtec decided to include their new Twister Jar too!

For a start, the new Designer Series WildSide has awesome touch screen controls, much like your smart phone or tablet.

Blendtec had already guaranteed their real estate on my counter top with the first model I reviewed, but this Designer Series WildSide model is even sleeker and more beautiful. This multipurpose machine is the all in one appliance that makes smoothies, fresh juice, ice cream, milkshakes, cappuccinos, margaritas, soups, sauces, bread dough, dressings, salsas, and more!

It replaces up to 9 other appliances with one fast easy-to-use machine, at a fraction of the cost. This machine is crazy powerful {1560 Watts} and will literally turn ice into snow.

We’re also excited to be including Blendtec’s new Twister Jar. It’s perfect for baby food, salad dressings, nut butters and so much more.

The new flat screen design means a few different crazy cool things – first, precise touch sensors allow you to have absolute control over the blender’s speed. A simple slide of your finger increases or decreases the speed to your liking. Or you can touch anywhere on the slider to jump to a different speed.

Secondly, having an entirely seamless machine means that clean up is an absolute breeze. Simply wipe with a cloth. No nooks and crannies, no knobs or buttons for gunk to get stuck in!

Check out this video to see just how awesome the new Blendtec Designer Series Wildside Blender is!

I would make the peach-strawberry fruit leather!! Really, I would have the hardest time deciding what to make first, I’d probably make so many breads, snacks, soups, ect. the first week my pantry would be full.

Jenna December 2, 2012 at 4:25 pm

Oh my! I don’t know how anyone can pick just one recipe. Anything sweet on their site would be a top contender but I’ve never seen peanut butter bread and with my love for PB that would be the first…. But not the last!!!

Shelley December 3, 2012 at 11:27 am

I would start with CRISPY WHOLE WHEAT CRACKERS. My son is allergic to Tree Nuts and it can be hard to find snacks that haven’t been “processed in a facility that processes tree nuts”…we do a lot of baking for him at home. Thank you!!
