Great idea to use the cream cheese frosting. I didn't put frosting because I thot the chocolate would overpower the cake.

Cream cheese frosting on a pickle – that sounds like one of my pregnancy cravings! Seriously, I can't even imagine how incredible this had to be with cream cheese frosting. I LOVE the cake part of this. Your pictures are incredible. Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks for baking with me this week! Your photos are gorgeous, as always! I came this close to frosting my cupcakes with cream cheese frosting but I got lazy at the last minute and just slathered the chocolate on there. I’ll probably try cream cheese frosting next time so I’m glad to hear it was good!

I’m actually going to give this one a try and NOT put it off. I have to admit that unlike yourself and your BF I think cinnamon makes chocolate better though your idea of adding cream cheese frosting has me wondering.
