Being English I have trouble adapting American recipes. Can anyone tell me the British equivalent of cornstarch and what is a ‘cup’ in ounces. Thanks .

Hi, can anyone tell me what is the British equivalent of cornmeal. We may have cornmeal here, but not in my part of the country. I’d like to know what to use as an alternative.

tried them and thought they were awesome! Next time I wont use one cup of coconut though. I’ll do half a cup. Otherwise, VERY YUMMY!
