Hey, Jamie! I think the reason the texture was off is because once the cheesecake cools the kisses harden again. The same thing happened to my pumpkin spice (kisses) swirled brownies. It actually made the brownies texturally more interesting and yummy (in my opinion) but I can see why it wouldn't be as good in cheesecake.

I love cheesecake and I love candy corn as well, so this would be a fab combo! I will def bookmark this in my Halloween recipes Although I would prob make it anytime during the yr for me
