How to make and Oreo pie crust. Buy a package of Oreo's open up each cookie and scrape off the filling with knife (if you have kids they love this step). Crush the Oreos like you would crush gram crackers for a gam cracker crust. Now get out your gram cracker crust recipe and substitute the oreo crumbs for the gram cracker crumbs. I can usually get 2-3 crusts out of one package of Oreos.

I completely agree that this is a dangerous post! I would eat it all at once… It's a shame (or maybe a blessing) that you can't get oreo pie crusts in the UK.

I love this because I LOVE OREOS. This is proof that you don’t have to slave away in a kitchen to make something delicious. I also love your plate (I have a thing for polka dots). Where did you get it?

Oh man, I just have to try this. I love oreos, and I love when they get used in dessert–especially when that dessert comes together so easily. I’m pretty sure I could sit with this pie and a fork and polish it off…totally dangerous. Deliciously dangerous.
