My mother use to make this for us when we were kids, she would use white almond bark and peppermint candy- never seen it with the dark chocolate by why not- chocolate is great almost anywhere! Thanks for this version of an old classic!!!

i adore peppermint bark during this time of year-it just seems to make the holiday season even more official! my favorite cookies would have to be these chocolate peanut butter cookies-they’re like reese cups in cookie form! the recipe is here:

This bark looks great! I’ve only ever made it with the almond bark stuff, but this looks way better!
My favorite Christmas cookies are chocolate mint cookies – a chewy, chocolate cookie, topped with an Andes mint….perfection!!

I am excited to try the recipe for peppermint bark. It is one of my all time favorite treats during the holiday season. Another of my favorite recipes is for Apple Doodles. I love how easy it is and the fact that they stay moist. They are especially a hit with kids.
