I had gotten the recipe from another subamrine wife who made the following substitutions: <br/><br/>1) For the cake mix, she mixed in: 1 cup water, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 3 eggs...I nearly fainted when I saw she used mayo, but it was soooooooo good.<br/>2) She used two coffee layers instead of one and found that it tasted better...which I whole heartedly agreed!!<br/><br/>Keep up the great work!
