Thanks for sharing recipes with Truvia. I’ve tried baking with stevia before and found it had a little bit of a weird after taste. I’m def still interested in trying some of your recipes, I’m sure the the result will be way better

These look so tasty! I really want to try baking with trivia because my sister is getting mad about all the sweets I keep baking and is threatening to go on strike. She’d probably be ok if I didn’t use sugar. Love that last photo!

I got some Truvia once for coffee and tea and noticed a distinctive brown sugar flavor to it. For these cookies it doesn’t seem like it would matter too much (the flavors make sense), but do you notice that flavor profile with the baking blend?

I’ve been using the Truvia baking mix WHENEVER I get the chance to cut down on the amount of sugar my family consumes. Are there any particular issues with substituting it for sugar? Such as, since one uses only half the amount of Truvia blend, are the situations where that affects the final product quality?

i don’t have the baking blend….just the truvia. is there any way that i can adjust the amount of the truvia or add sugar to create a blend of my own? i don’t know if my store carries the blend or not….can’t remember, but it was a significant purchase to just get the jar or truvia as it is. any suggestions?
