Valentine’s Day Gift Guide Giveaway: {Le Creuset Braiser}

It’s no secret that I love everything about Le Creuset products. As my collection continues to expand, so do my cravings! Le Creuset’s timeless designs and modern color selection continues to make me swoon.

When deciding on items to feature in our gift guide, one thing was for certain…we had to feature a Le Creuset piece in the stunning and sultry color red.

One of my favorite Le Creuset pieces is my 2 ¼ quart braiser. It’s the ideal size when cooking small dinners for two or a variety of sides and also doubles as a gorgeous serving dish for dips. Perfect for searing foods at high temperatures and then cooking the ingredients slowly and evenly. The beauty of Le Creuset cookware is that seamlessly transfers from oven to table all while maintaining a high level of presentation.

I don’t own any Le Creuset because of the price but I drool all over them whenever I see them! I can never figure out what color I like most. One day perhaps I’ll have a piece in each color. After years of wishing for one, I finally got a 7 1/4 qt round French oven in Dijon. I think it needs a 4.5 or 5.5 qt round French oven in Caribbean or Kiwi to complement it. Or a Moroccan tagine — that would be a more unusual giveaway!

I love the Le Creuset 2 ¼ quart braiser… in red! Yes, I looked and looked and I love the blue and the green but all things considered the red has such a POP and there is only my DH and myself so it is the perfect size. Yep, the red smaller braiser!

I so want this! I just ordered what I thought was a soup ladle from le creuset, but almost peed my pants laughing so hard when I opened the package. Apparently I wasn’t reading the descriptions well and what I actually purchased was a tiny (almost doll house sized) condiment ladle. Its super cute, but not as practical as a soup ladle. I would LOVE to get a regular sized soup ladle, but they didn’t have that on the website. So instead I would want a set of those cute little 2qt round french ovens (in either blue color) to go with my tiny ladle

I love all the enameled cast iron Le Creuset pieces, but I think what I’d choose is the Hard-Anodized 12-inch Deep Fry Pan–with the glass lid. It would be perfect for one-dish meals and so many other things. Thanks!

Thank YOU for hosting this give-away with Le Creuset! I am soooo terribly addicted to their fabulous products! I know it’s not sexy, but the product that’s HIGH on my list of Le Creuset must-have’s is their cast iron/enamel coated lasagna pan. I love it!

I never considered the braiser before, but after your description, I’m taking another look at it!

I have never seen the Le Creuset dune colour in the stores. Apparently it’s only online.. but it’s gorgeous! It feels so French, hah. Which sounds ridiculous. I have a larger Le Creuset, but I would love the 4.5 quart french oven in the Dune colour, it seems like the most practical size. I love white accessories when my kitchen is filled with so many other colours, between plates, glasses and whatnot.

I would love to have the Oval French Oven, 9 1/2 qt in cherry, although i LOVE LOVE LOVE all of their color choices! I think caribbean blue is my favorite, but it wouldn’t match anything in my kitchen! For me, the larger the pot the better, even though no matter how big my pot is I always seem to try to OVER fill it!
