Banana Cheesecake

This rich, creamy banana cheesecake is a combination of tangy cheesecake and banana pudding. It's one delicious bite!

Mix Nilla Wafer crumbs with butter. Press into a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.


Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and flour; mix until well combined.


Add eggs one at time, mixing each well before adding the next. Add sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.


Fold in mashed banana. Pour mixture into the baked crust. Place in a water bath and bake 65-70 minutes.


Turn off oven; prop door open. Leave cheesecake to cool in oven for 1 hour, then move to wire rack to cool completely.


Chill for at least 8 hours before slicing and serving. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh banana slices. Enjoy!
