Mini Pecan Pies

Karo® Light Corn Syrup Egg Granulated sugar Unsalted butter Vanilla extract Pecan chips Phyllo tart shells
Mix together the corn syrup, eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix the pecans into the filling.
Place the shells on a baking sheet and fill each with 1 teaspoon of filling.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the filling is puffed in the center and springs back when lightly tapped.
