This cheesy broccoli casserole is the best way to get anyone to try their veggies! Whip this up for any holiday or special family gathering.

Cut a pound of broccoli into bite-size florets and blanch in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain.


Whisk together condensed broccoli cheese and cream of mushroom soups, sour cream, eggs, and seasonings. 


Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, crispy fried onions, and the blanched broccoli.


Spread into a 13x9-inch baking dish and top with crushed cheese crackers.


Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden. Serve hot. Enjoy!
