EASY CHICKEN CHILI
Sauté the vegetables
Sauté bell peppers, onions, and garlic in a dutch oven.
Add chili powder, cumin, and oregano and cook for 2 minutes
Add the broth
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chicken stock and simmer for 20 minutes
Add corn, kidney beans, and shredded chicken and simmer for 15 minutes before serving
