cinnamon roll cake

Cinnamon roll cake combines all of your favorite breakfast flavors into a cream-cheese-glazed coffee cake. It's made in a fraction of the time as traditional cinnamon rolls but is just as delicious!

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.


Separately, whisk together browned butter and sugar. Add eggs, then milk, sour cream, and vanilla.


Slowly add the dry ingredients until no lumps remain. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch pan.


In a new bowl, whisk together browned butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Dollop over the cake batter and swirl it in.


Bake the cake for about 40 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.


Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread over the warm cake. Enjoy!
