Cut 12 hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Halve the eggs
Gently remove the yolks; place those in a bowl. Place the whites on a platter or sheet tray.
Separate the eggs
Add the filling ingredients to the yolks. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Mix the filling
Spoon or pipe the filling into the reserved egg whites.
Fill the whites
Garnish with your favorite toppings: paprika, chives, bacon, jalapeños, or more!
