blueberry biscuits

Tall, fluffy, easy blueberry biscuits require zero cutting or rolling. They're topped with sweet honey butter for the perfect finish! 

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder + soda, and salt together. Work pieces of cold butter in with your fingertips until the mix looks like coarse meal. 


Gently toss blueberries to combine with the dry ingredients.


Stir in buttermilk. Spread batter into a buttered pan. Use a greased dough blade to cut the batter into 9 squares.


Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; turn out from pan and brush with honey butter. Let rest 10 minutes.


Slice along score marks with a serrated knife. Serve warm. Enjoy!
