Coconut Cream Bars

A shortbread base, coconut cream filling, and whipped topping make for easy and delicious coconut cream bars!

Pulse together flour, powdered sugar, butter, and salt in a food processor until it looks like coarse sand.


Press the mixture into a lined pan and bake until golden. Cool completely.


Whisk together coconut cream pudding mix, coconut milk, milk, and toasted coconut. Spread onto crust. Chill 2-3 hours.


Top the chilled bars with thawed whipped topping.


Finish the bars with toasted coconut before cutting into bars and serving.
