grilled pork chops

These easy grilled pork chops are marinated in a flavorful, tangy mixture before cooking to perfection for a delicious summer meal.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, hot sauce, and salt and pepper.


Place marinade in a zip-top bag with pork chops. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or up to 8 hours.


Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook pork chops to 145 degrees F, typically 6-8 min/side for thick-cut chops.


Let pork chops rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
