ice cream sandwich cake

This easy ice cream sandwich cake is the ultimate summer treat to beat the heat! 

Fold chopped Oreos into a container of Cool Whip  or TruWhip. Set aside. 


Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment. Place ice cream sandwiches in the bottom, cutting as needed to fit them snugly.


Spread hot fudge sauce on top of the ice cream sandwiches. Top with the Cool Whip mixture and repeat the layers.


After the final layer of Cool Whip, top with chopped Oreos. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours.


Use the parchment paper to remove the cake from the pan, slice, and enjoy!
