One Pot Mac & Cheese

Make this quick and easy mac and cheese for a simple side dish or add in some vegetables and protein to make it a whole meal!

elbow macaroni evaporated milk butter cheddar cheese

Cover the noodles with enough cold water to just cover. Cook until almost all of the water has been absorbed.


Cook the pasta

Add the evaporated milk, followed by the cheese. Stir until the sauce is creamy.


Make the sauce

If you'd like, add mix-ins like broccoli, peas, ham, chicken, or bacon before serving to make it a full meal.
