Easy shrimp tacos are topped with mango jalapeño slaw and creamy avocado crema for a delicious summer weeknight dinner.

Drain shrimp and pat dry. Toss in a bowl with garlic, chipotle sauce, olive oil, lime zest and juice, smoked paprika and salt. Set aside.


In another bowl, combined shredded cabbage, jalapeño, carrot, green onions, cilantro, lime zest and juice, honey and salt. Set aside.


Melt butter in a skillet. Add shrimp in a single layer, working in batches to not overcrowd the pan. Cook on both sides.


Move cooked shrimp to a bowl. Repeat until all shrimp is cooked. Move cooked shrimp back to pan and toss with the sauce.


Add mango to the slaw. Toss to combine.


Assemble tacos with warmed tortillas, slaw, shrimp, shredded cheese, and avocado crema.
