Easy s'mores cupcakes combine a graham cracker base, moist chocolate cake, and toasted marshmallow frosting for a must-make cupcake! 

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Divide between 24 cupcake wells and press down.

Mix together devil's food cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, water, and vanilla.

Divide the batter over the graham cracker crusts. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool.

Make a batch of marshmallow frosting. Pipe onto the cooled cupcakes.

Use a kitchen torch to toast the frosting, then top each one with a square of a Hershey's bar. Enjoy!
