Eggnog Eclair Cake


How To Make It

Making this simple eclair cake requires just a few ingredients: vanilla instant pudding, whole milk, eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, graham crackers and whipped topping

Mix It Up

In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, eggnog, and spices. Then add in a tub of thawed whipped topping until thoroughly combined.

Layer It Up

Line the bottom of a 13×9-inch cake pan with a layer of cinnamon graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. And repeat!

Serve It Up

Refrigerate and serve topped with festive sprinkles. It's that easy!
