This banana cake uses an unusual method to make it so moist: placing it in the freezer!
Mash the bananas with the lemon juice. Set aside while you make the batter.

Cream the butter and sugar; add the eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding flour with the buttermilk.

Fold in the mashed bananas and spread into a greased and floured pan. Bake.

Mix cream cheese frosting and spread over the cooled cake.
