These pecan bars are part pie, part cookie, and 100% delicious. Even better? They're totally easy to make!

light corn syrup
Pulse crust ingredients in a food processor until the mix resembles a coarse meal.
Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a lined pan.

Bake crust for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
While crust bakes, beat together butter + brown sugar, then add corn syrup, vanilla, and pecans.
Spread filling over the baked crust. Bake until filling is bubbly and dark caramel in color. Cool completely.
