Pistachio Bundt Cake
This simple cake is full of mild pistachio flavor and is the perfect shade of green for a St. Patrick's Day treat!

instant pistachio pudding mix
Mix the cake mix, pudding, sour cream, oil, eggs, vanilla and water for 2 minutes.

Fold the chopped pistachios into the batter.
Add the batter to a greased bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
