SEAR THE MEAT

Season a chuck roast and sear it on all sides

ADD TO SLOW COOKER

Add the seared meat to the slow cooker with ranch and au jus seasoning packets, butter, whole pepperoncinis and some of their brine. Cook for 8 hours.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Shred the cooked meat and peppers. If desired, strain the cooking liquid and reduce it with beef stock to make a delicious gravy.

SERVE IT!

Serve the shredded meat and gravy over buttered egg noodles or mashed potatoes
