Stabilized whipped cream frosting is perfectly light and airy, holding its shape when piped onto cakes and cupcakes! 

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water in a small bowl. Let bloom for 2-3 minutes.

Microwave in 5-10 second intervals until melted. This should take less than 30 seconds.

Add cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to a cold bowl. With cold beaters, whip to soft peaks.
