Pumpkin Bread

1 can pumpkin puree 4 large eggs vegetable oil vanilla extract granulated sugar all-purpose flour baking soda kosher salt pumpkin pie spice

Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, vanilla and sugar until well blended


Mix Wet Ingredients

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until combined


Mix dry Ingredients

Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended


Stir Batter

Divide the batter into two buttered and floured 8.5 x 4 x 2.5 inch loaf pans and bake!


Divide into Pans

Serve this perfectly moist and flavorful pumpkin bread with butter, a dollop of whipped cream, or a drizzle of honey!
