These classic vanilla cupcakes have a moist, tender crumb and are bursting with vanilla flavor! Pair them with your favorite frosting or filling.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.


Whisk together the dry ingredients. Alternate adding dry ingredients with the milk and vanillas, beginning and ending with the dry mix.


Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.


Stir 1/4 of the beaten whites into the batter, then gently fold in the remaining whites until no streaks are left.


Divide the batter between 24 lined cupcake wells and bake. Cool completely before decorating.
