Mulled Apple Cider Punch is a festive drink you can serve hot or cold at your Thanksgiving celebration. I’m partial to it warm, sitting cozy by the fire.
Combine cider, cinnamon sticks, star anise, allspice berries, and whole cloves in a large saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
If serving warm, remove spices and add Everclear; stirring to combine. Serve in mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
If serving cold, cool mulled cider completely, remove spices and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Before serving, stir in Everclear.
