Unwrap brie and place in a small oven-safe baking dish. I prefer to use a 6 ½-inch mini cast iron pan, but any oven-safe baking dish will work just fine.
1 wheel brie cheese
Spread the jam on top of the brie.
2 tablespoons fig jam
Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and add on top of the jam.
6 Ritz crackers, 1 ½ teaspoons salted butter
Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
If desired, top with a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves and flaky sea salt.

Serve brie with Ritz crackers, fresh toasted baguette, and fresh fruit such as apples and grapes.
