Ingredients
1pound16 ounces pork sausage (mild, medium, or hot)
110 ounce can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
16ouncescream cheese; room temperature
Hot sauce of your choiceto taste (Cholula, Frank’s RedHot, Sriracha, etc)
Instructions
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned and no longer pink. Drain if needed.
Reduce heat to low, and stir in the tomatoes and cream cheese until melted and evenly blended.
Add hot sauce to taste and cook just until heated through. Serve warm.
Slow cooker instructions:
Place the cooked sausage, cream cheese, tomatoes, and hot sauce in a small crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until melted and warmed through.
