Ingredients
3kiwispeeled and diced
6ouncesraspberries
6ouncesblackberrieshalved if they are large
1poundstrawberriesdiced
1cupseedless grapeshalved
3tablespoonsstrawberry preserves
1tablespoongranulated sugar
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespoonorange juice
Instructions
In a large bowl, gently combine all of the fruit.
In a small bowl, microwave the strawberry preserves for 15-20 seconds until warmed through and easy to stir. Stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and orange juice. Add as much of this mixture to the fresh fruit as desired. Gently stir to combine.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Serve with cinnamon tortilla chips.
Notes
Makes about 6 cups.
Fruit Salsa is best served the day it is made.
If your fruit is really sweet, you may not need to add all of the jam mixture.
For a more tart version, swap the orange juice for lime juice.
