Use a medium cookie scoop (about 1.5 tablespoons) to drop cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Let cool 1-2 minutes on the cookie sheets, then transfer to wire racks.
Notes
