If you read My Baking Addiction on a regular basis, you’re fully aware that not only am I addicted to baking, but I am also obsessed with cookware/gadgets. So much so, that we are actually going to be incorporating many of these fab products and their uses in an upcoming series.

Up until about a month ago, I had a set of cheap pans that I picked up from Target for less than $100. They were of the typical nonstick variety that so many of us use for our everyday cooking. Did they do their job? Yes. Did I love the result I achieved with them? Not so much.

Although I longed for new pans, I just never got around to buying a new set. When I was given the opportunity to test and review a set of Le Creuset Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Pans, I was ridiculously excited. I already use and wholeheartedly recommend Le Creuset’s Enameled Cast Iron Cookware, so I figured the Tri-Ply Set would be just as amazing. The day they were delivered I ripped open the box to find a glorious set of shiny, perfect pans and I immediately fell madly in love with them. As you can tell from the photo, they really are a gorgeous set of cookware.

I have now used the pans for over a month and I honestly have nothing but great things to say about them. They conduct heat like a dream which allows for even cooking. The added bonus is that they’re also easy to clean. Although they are dishwasher safe, I choose to only wash and dry them by hand.

Le Creuset Tri-Ply pans are made using a high technology triple layer system. The Le Creuset Tri-Ply series has an aluminium core that is sandwiched between two layers of premium quality stainless steel which includes a special magnetic steel making the pans suitable for use on induction. The multi-layering continues throughout the entire pan so that excellent heat conduction performance is guaranteed from base to rim. I honestly love these pans just as much as my Enameled Cast Iron Cookware. Now that I have cooked in these beauties for over a month, I can’t imagine cooking anything in my old set!

Since I love you guys so much, I arranged with the lovely people at Le Creuset to give away one of their most popular Tri-Ply Pans, the 3 Quart Chef’s Pan.
