Bar desserts are always a favorite: they’re easy to make, so portable, and are always delicious!
We can’t talk about bar desserts without talking about brownies. From the easiest-ever salted caramel brownies to tiramisu brownies and pumpkin brownies, these chocolatey treats are always a hit with the whole family.
And don’t forget about the first cousin to the brownie – blondies! Chocolate chip blondies, salted caramel blondies, and snickerdoodle blondies are all perfect if you’re craving something chewy and sweet with less or no chocolate.
What about pie bars? Raspberry bars, key lime pie bars, and apple pie bars all bring in the flavors of a pie without the fussiness of pie!
If you think I haven’t turned cheesecake into bars, think again. Classic cheesecake bars can be topped with any sauce you like, while pumpkin cheesecake bars and cookie dough cheesecake bars bring their own unique flavors to the party.
And then there are the crowd pleasers, the bar desserts that everyone craves on a seasonal basis. We’re talking lemon bars, a copycat of the Starbucks cranberry bliss bars, chocolate scotcheroos, and sugar cookie bars.
So run to the store and stock up on ingredients because you are sure to find a whole list of recipes to make next time you need an easy, shareable dessert!
