Photography Info

Up until March of 2011, all of the images on My Baking Addiction were shot with a Canon Rebel XSI. I currently shoot all images with a Canon 7d. My lenses of choice at the present moment are the Canon 60mm f/2.8 and the Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L.

I edit my photography in either Lightroom or CS4. My lighting preference is natural light; however, the fall and winter months in Ohio can make this quite challenging, so I also utilize a set of Lowel Ego Lights during this time period. I often use a Canon Wireless Remote and a tripod.

If you have any specific questions regarding my photos or equipment, please feel free to contact me. I get asked about the props in my photos on a regular basis. Most of these items come from Pier 1, Ikea, Target, and TJ Maxx. I try to indicate prop info on a regular basis.
