Yes, I cook too! Tonight for dinner we had King Crab Legs, New York Strip Steaks and Mushroom Risotto. The crab was steamed in a stock pan with one teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning and one tablespoon of salt added to the water.
Steaks were rubbed with black pepper, grill seasoning and Thyme and grilled to medium rare.
I made risotto using a recipe I found on allrecipes. I did scale the recipe down to four servings, added peas and only used white button mushrooms. This recipe is delicious and will be made in my kitchen for many years to come!
