What a great site! Thanks for the rec! Honestly, the “recipe” that reminds me most of Valentine’s Day is one of those boxed Oreo No Bake Cakes….I know, it’s silly. Our first married Valentine’s Day, I wanted to make a special dessert for my hubby’s Valentine’s Dinner (I was NOT a very skilled cook/baker at the time, btw). I worked my butt off all day long trying to make a layered chocolate/strawberry mousse-type dessert and when I took it out of the fridge to serve, it was a disaster. I was freaking out because I didn’t have a dessert for hubby – then I remembered the standby box of Oreo No Bake cake in the pantry, so I made that for him. He was so sweet and acted like it was the best dessert he had ever had, saying I was the best cook in the world…so sweet! So, needless to say, that dessert always brings fond memories of our first Valentine’s Day together! (sorry for the novel I just wrote! lol!)-Amy http://singforyoursupperblog.com/
