Are you a coffee drinker? If so, I am guessing you know exactly what a Keurig Brewing System is. I’m a fan of coffee, but rarely drank it at home except for Sunday mornings. You see, I have an issue with getting out of the house on time for work… or, well, pretty much any activity.

I don’t consider myself late, I like to think of it as extremely prompt, meaning down to the last second. Being the I am extremely prompt, there’s not much time for me to mess with a coffee pot… or blow dry my hair for that matter. Instead, I relied on my co-workers to bring me my morning jolt of caffeine. That is, until the Keurig entered my life a few weeks ago.

I was approached and asked to be a Keurig K-Cup Ambassador. The title still makes me chuckle because it’s so official sounding. Regardless of the title, from the moment I opened the box, I have been obsessed with this little coffee powerhouse, and so is Brian. He actually went out and purchased a second Keurig just for his office and now holds 8:30 am “Coffee with Brian” meetings at work.

As a Keurig K-Cup Ambassador, I’ll be posting recipes, highlighting some delicious flavors and hosting a couple of great giveaways. I’ll also be providing you with exclusive monthly promotion codes that can be used at greenmountaincoffee.com.

I’m pretty excited about this partnership and even more excited that in less than a minute I can brew the perfect cup of coffee, head out the door, and continue to be extremely prompt to my destinations!

This Month’s Code

is AM0001-3568, and will give you 15% off of a Keurig Brewing System as well as free standard shipping at Green Mountain Coffee. It will expire on 6/10/11 and will be replaced with a new code.

Anyone who knows me knows I can wax on poetic about my Keurig. I adore it so much. We just got back from vacation, and the number one thing I was so glad to get back to at home? My Keurig. Crappy hotel coffee did not cut it.

I want one of these so bad! My husband says I can’t have one though because our coffeemaker works just fine.

I bought our Keurig a few years ago and my husband balked at the price. I told him to try it for a week to see if he liked it and if not I’d return it. He was hooked within 1 cup. We were the type of people who’d brew a cup of coffee and then have to reheat the pot over and over again because we never got to the pot before it shut off. My newest favorite is the Sugar Bush Maple.

I used to have a Keurig but sold it to a friend when I realized I could make coffee using a French press for much cheaper. Sure, sometimes I miss the one-button awesomeness to brew coffee on a whim with my Keurig, but the taste of French press coffee is second to none (and I actually save about $10 a month AND use less electricity).

Isn’t it great? LOVE my Keurig! The Big Guy doesn’t drink coffee so it felt like such a waste making a pot of it just for me before. This is so much better! Enjoy your year of being a Keurig Ambassador!

We LOVE our Keurig! It’s so wonderful being able to choose which size you want in the morning depending on if you need more help waking up or not. There are also so many flavors to choose from, and the ice teas are good, too.
Yes, Jamie, it IS an addiction – but a good one!

Just made your Cafe Mocha cupcakes this past week and used my Keurig to brew the perfect cup of coffee for the batter. It was my first time making those cupcakes and they were a huge hit. I’ll be making them again very soon!! Also, I LOVE my Keurig and can’t believe how much money I’ve saved on coffee since switching to the Keurig brewer. Don’t know how I went so many years without it!!

LOL, “extremely prompt”. I love that, I’m going tell my husband that the next time he starts in on me about me making us late. I’ll tell him I’m not late, I’m extremely prompt!
